family members cannot listen to audiobooks included in premium

family members cannot listen to audiobooks included in premium

I am the family plan manager and and I am able to listen to all audiobooks listed as "Included in Premium". However, my wife and kids on my family plan are not. They get a locked icon next to it saying they need to purchase the same audiobook that I have access to.

The book I tested was "Bad Therapy" by Abigail Shirer.

Unfortunately, that's the expected behavior of the app.

 

As stated here, only the plan manager has access to audiobook listening time from Spotify's audiobook subscriber catalog, and it’s not possible to share audiobook listening time with the plan members.
