family premium doesn't work on me!

I can't access my family premium account. My sister (the owner of family premium acc) registered my email and sent invitation to my email. I click the link and fill with my name and address, but it said i am not one of the member. Afterwards, my sister removed and put me back into the membership, but still i can't access to the family premium account. What's confusing is, one of my brother succeed to join, whereas i put the SAME address and name that my sister registered on her account. Please help me, and thankyou.

PS : i already log out all my devices acount and try log in again but still doesn't work

We are 4 in my house and it only works with my account!
