family premium double payment

i have originally signed up for a one year down payment premium (individual)

on the same day i decided i want to do a family premium instead and so i clicked subscribe to it, thinkig spotify will help me transition to the new plan.

yet my credit card is charged now 1) for the individual premium one year pay in one go , and 2) starts to charge me on monthly basis for family

i would actually like to do a pay in one go for the year for family premium but cant find a way to do it and reverse the double payment

sent a form online, no response after a week. also checked my spam folder. 

is there a way i can actually get hold of someone from spotify....? disappointed by the customer service...
