I used to have Family Premium and these day Spotify do sent me email to make sure my address is the same as the main user, cuz its my old email so i didn't know that i got the email. My account turns to free account an hour ago, and i do log in my old email found out the email and do the register thing but nothing happend,so i did it twice but it only shows: you've registered for this account before and next step we're going to send you an email. but i still don't get any of emails. please help me soonnnnnn!!!!!

You should update your email address in your profile page, to ensure the following emails get to you correctly.

 

Next, tell your Family Admin to send by himself the link generated through INVITE WITH LINK, instead of letting the system send the mail.

 
Accept the invite logged in with your own username in the app and in the website. You should make sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be the cause of you being left out.
