There are 3 users in my family plan. When one of them is using spotify on her phone it means i can't use on mine. Why is this?

Hi there, and thanks for writing!

It means that this user is logged on your Spotify account.

My suggestion is that you ask them to log out and then back in, this time double checking the correct log in credentials.

i have a family plan but when one of the users is on it means i can't use
