Na data do dia 01/01/2023 o Spotify descontou o valor da mensalidade do meu cartão de crédito porém no meu painel de conta está aparecendo problema com o meu pagamento, sendo que está descontado do cartão

In this case, we'd suggest starting off by checking the receipts of your account. There, you can have a look at all your charges and make sure the payment went through successfully.


On another note, you can also check the status of the payments on your bank statement. If a regular payment fails, we try to take it again later. You may see both the failed payment and the payment that went through on your bank statement, but keep in mind only one has actually been taken.
