problem with family

Hi

 

We have family prenium for several months

 

2 adults et ou 3 sons

 

Since one month, one of my son have no prenium family

We send him a new invitation but when he enters his code, they said he has already prenium family

 

what we can do ?

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll do our best to help you out.

 

If your son is part of the Premium for Family plan, but has no access to Premium, let's try reinstalling Spotify to see if it helps.

 

This could also be caused by a duplicate account he may have. We suggest following this troubleshooting to make sure he's using the correct account.

 

If he's still unable to use Premium, and his account can't join the plan, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.

 

They'll be able to check the accounts and help you out as soon as possible.
