"something went wrong, try later again!

"something went wrong, try later again!

Can´t add a new family member to our family account (still have room for new member). When sending an invitation - signing in as new spotify account - adding names, addresses - confirm we´re in a same houshold.... "something went wrong, try later again!" message appears and need to start all over again... Now tried with a two different emails with a same end result....

Hey @lelurock,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Yep, now did try all of those, updated postal-code etc. info on son´s account who would like to join our family account but the same “unknown error” happens when fill in the invitation page, and after confirm that we live in a same household.

How to get further?

tadevinski is user like to invite and (REDACTED) he´s address.

This! And seems to coming now all the time when fill in and confirm that we live on the same household. After that i´m back here and loop continuous...
