updating plan from Duo to the Family, it's not working

updating plan from Duo to the Family, it's not working

It doesn't show up the button "CHANGE MY PLAN" or "UPDATE MY PLAN".

Hey there,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

In order to do that, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you'll be able to subscribe to Premium Family at https://spotify.com/family.

 

Instructions on how to cancel and how that affects your account can be found at https://support.spotify.com/article/cancel-premium/.
