2 months and still no word on if my university is accredited

I am a student.  No, really, I am.  I go to classes, I pay tuition, and in a couple of years I'll graduate.  I submitted the form two months ago to get my university 'accredited' by Spotify and there has been NO WORD so far.  I like using Spotify and would like to continue to use it, but not if someone can't be bothered to check and see if my university (which has alumni at the highest levels of school districts in my province) is actually a university.  It's very frustrating to pay premium rates and not get any communication from the customer service as to whether or not I'll be able to get the student discount I should be able to get if someone actually checked to see that my university was, in fact, real.

Thank you so much for posting your worry to the Community! I want you to understand that I 100% understand your frustation. 

Spotify itself does not process accreditations for the Spotify Premium for Students discount. They employ a third-party platform, SheerID, that runs seperately from Spotify to process such accreditations for Universities/Colleges. You'll need to get in touch with them regarding this matter; You can do so here.
