• Hello I subscribed to a student subscription with spotify, after receiving the mail of sheerid confirmation of student status I reconnected on spotify but I am still in standart account and the link of SheerId no longer works

If you're still having troubles, we'd first suggest heading here to make sure to apply the discount on your account. 

It's also worth a try upgrading in an incognito or private window in your browser. 

If that doesn't do the trick, let us know, along with any error messages you see.
