Account Switched to Premium from Student

Account Switched to Premium from Student

My account has switched from the student discount and I was charged the regular rate. I caught the system changing from the discount two months ago and fixxed it before it charged me. (Re-registering that I was a student I guess) However, it changed back this month after two months and I was charged $10.

 

How can this be solved so I am refunded $5 and put back on the student discount with hulu? I once again signed up for the student discount today and the subscription says my account won't be updated to student discount+hulu till next month.

 

Furthermore, I was never emailed or notified that my account had switched untill I was charged the normal rate.

 

I have never recieved any email/contact from SheerID asking to verify that I'm a student at UNC. Even when I re-registered today and two months ago I was never taken to another page or asked for any documents from SheerID.

 

To follow up even further, I just went through this link

It immediately verified I was a student and did not ask for any documents. I was using UNC's school wifi at the time.
