Can't Change Payment Method of Students Premium Plan

My Question or Issue

Hello There,

I am currently facing a weird issue when I try to change my payment method.

Whenever I try to click on update details on the change payment method page, it redirects me to this page.

Please help me change my payment method and also I want to stay on the Students Premium plan and don't want to upgrade my plan to the Annual Plan.
