Charged but no service

Hi, I tried to complete a student discount registration. The system charged me $4.99 to debit card, but I couldn't finish the registration because my University isn't listed. Still, I was charged. I also don't have access to the primium  service. Could anybody help me?

If there are any charges on your statement showing as ‘pending’ or 'processing', this means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken. Once your student I.D is verified, the charge will go through. If we're unable to verify, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank.
