Charged twice- how do I ask for refund?

I signed up for Spotify premium A few years ago for the $5 student special. Now I wanted to upgrade to Spotify premium and Hulu for $10 but I’m being charged twice for both... how do I ask for refund on the $5?

Hey @Ginaag,

 

Please be aware that a refund is never guaranteed and all requests will get evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the support.With that in mind, please fill out the contact form to create a ticket with support.
The support will do their best to get in touch with you as fast as possible, but please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets they are currently handling.
