Deleted my account then proceeded to create a new one. Now I can't benefit from Student Discount

Hi,

 

I deleted my old Spotify account, which benefited from the student discount. Now, I created a new account and tried to redeem the discount once again, but SheerID says that I already benefit from it (probably because of my now deleted account). I emailed them and they said for me to erase cookies then try again but nothing happened, so they suggested me to try e-mailing Spotify(which it's not an option that's why Im here).

 

Also, Spotify charged me R$10 for each try and still hasn't refunded me yet.
