Exchange student, but Spotify Premium is not accessible for the change of country.

My issue.

I am an exchange student from Norway, taking a year in Cardiff, Wales.
Tried to apply for student premium since i go to college in Cardiff and am therefore listed in the group allowed a student premium.
Problem came after entering my college. My Norwegian bank card is not registered as English, therefore denying me my Student premium. Changing my current country from England back to Norway (where I am not currently in), I'm afraid will result in my account being temporarily closed til I change my country back to England. But then I am not allowed to state I am from England, again, since my bank is not english. It is simply not accessible for me to do either.
What do I do?

Hi there @lealan,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome aboard! Firstly, as a Premium user, you can use Spotify abroad as long as you like, so don't worry about losing access to your account. Second, to use the Student Discount, the country of your account (and therefore payment method) and university/college need to be the same. Therefore, to use the plan in Wales you will need a payment method issued in the UK. Update to one and on the next billing date, your account country will be changed to the UK as well. Then, you will be able to verify to continue using the discount.

Hope this clears things up.
