Glitch When Subscribing to Spotify Student Discount

I applied for the Spotify student discount, filled out the SheerID form, and received an email from them shortly afterwards telling me that they had successfully verified my status as a student at a Canadian university. I clicked the link in the email to take me back to Spotify and complete the purchase but I am greeted by an error message saying that something has gone wrong and to try again. I entered my credit card information again and was once more taken to the SheerID site where I again entered my student information. I was then told that I had already redeemed the offer... I seem to be stuck in a loop now and it's been 5 days without the problem resolving itself. Has anyone had a similar issue or know how to fix it?
