How do I downgrade student plan from $5.99 bundle to $2.99 for Spotify only

Spotify premium for students is advertised as $2.99. The Hulu student plan is $1.99. So why is the combo plan $5.99? The two of them separately add up to $4.98. How do I downgrade to the plain $2.99 plan on Spotify so I can save myself some money and just pay for them separately?

You can always check here to see the up-to-date price of the regular Student plan and subscribe to the version without Hulu if you want.

This is not a solution. I just had the same dupe occur. Baited me with checking eligibility and going through the hoops for $2.99 a month, then get to the page to confirm and it says "not available in your country". I live in the US, what kind of false advertising is this? I have Hulu already and am not looking to change billing or alter services already in-place.
