How do I remove a Hulu account from my linked services

My Question or Issue

 I have a Premium student subscription and I seem to have a Hulu account linked to my Spotify account but cannot figure out what email it is that I am using. I tried loging in to Hulu but did not have an account with them as I have not really signed up for Hulu fully yet.

I was wondering if there was any way that Spotify could deactivate that linked service with Hulu and allow me to link it again. Or maybe contact me to see if its possible to tell me the account I have linked? I dont have any emails where I can see that I activated Hulu with my spotify account.
