Is the hulu limited commercial plan completely free with the student discount?

If you're currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in the USA, you can get the student discount and Hulu bundle with no extra cost.

If you already have the discount up and running, or if you're just going to get it, you can get started here. Once you finish setting up the discount, you'll be prompted to create your Hulu account or link an already existing account.
