My Question or Issue

I have the student discount for Spotify Premium that also comes with Hulu, but I haven't been able to access my Hulu account for the past week. I initially thought that this had to do with Hulu specifically, but then I was charged full price by Spotify on the 29th instead of $4.99. I also realized that I needed to reverify my student email, which I did, but my Hulu is still unavailable and I still haven't gotten my $6 back. Help please!!!
