I bought Preimum for Student, I paid the fee but there is no signs of Premium.

I bought Premium at April 1st then I cancelled it at April 19th. Two days ago, March 1st, I bought Premium again, and payment was succesful; I paid the fee but my account is still Free. 😞 I've already reached support but I wanted to give it a shot for a faster answer.

If you were charged for Premium but your account is still on Free, I suggest checking out this support article for further details.

If the payment shows as pending on your bank statement, it means that the transaction didn't complete and the money should go back to your bank account soon.
