I can't renew my student premium membership.

The website just says that I'm verified until November, and to select a plan. It then just shows my current plan, with no option to select. I'm not taken, and am not able to visit, any form of verification site.

The verification is sent to your email. Double check there and also check in your spam/junk folder just in case your email flagged it as such.

I am having the same problem. @Keanu_C : I did not receive an email to re-verify, so I followed the instructions to manually renew and it brought me to the page OP described… but nothing to click on/move past. Please help !

@Pine18 I suggest by using incognito mode on your browser or try using a different device. 

Keep in mind, if you have already used a Student Account for over 4 years, you won't be able to renew your subscription and will be charged the full price of a regular Premium account
