I have the premium student account and it claims my hulu account is active

I tried calling hulu and they say I don't have an account. I don't understand what is happening

Thanks for the post.

If you've successfully activated your Student Discount and Hulu, you should be able to access the Hulu site from your Account page > Your services. Clicking on the Hulu tab there should take you to the Hulu website, where you can create a new Hulu account.
