Student payment problem

Hey,

I renewed the student in september this Year. It was standing, that its valid until 20.09.2023.

But for a reason, they still charged 10€ from me.

Is there any Problem with that? Is it possible to get the to much payed back?

After you've verified again and activated this verification on your account by following the link in the email you received, make sure to update your subscription to Student by entering the payment details one more time. Then you can check on your account page to make sure the next payment will be the discounted amount. For any refunds or compensations, please refer to our support team.
