I paid for my monthly subscription via you but it isn't renewed

Thanks for posting in the Community.

If the payment for your subscription has been successful, you should be able to see the payment receipt in your account page. Could you check it? Here is a link to the receipts section. 

It's also worth checking your payment method to see if the payment is not still pending and if it has indeed been successful.
