I paid two times and my account still isn't premiu...

First time I gave my credit card number and then there was a problem in website and I couldn't send my student documents. I tried it again and this time I could do it but spotify took money 2 times! I want my money back. Also, my account still isn't premium. I want to cancel it but I can't! How can I cancel it? I don't trust spotify right now and as soon as possible I want my money back!

Hey @Yağmur1,

when you didn't recieve your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

Could you please check that for me :)?
