I’ve a student premium but my account seeing free, why?

I bought student premium account, but i’m still seeing free, i cant listen music offline, why is it? I was paid that

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

When you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

When you didn't finish your Student enrollment, the money will come back to your account after a few days 🙂
