Student discount

I tried to subscribe as student but it says we cannot provide you as student eventhough I am a student. They already got the payment from my bank account.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

When you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

When you didn't finish your Student enrollment, the money will come back to your account after a few days 🙂
