I am student from Belarus. I have premium subscription for students on iPhone for 2.49$. Yesterday I had problems with payment. They are solved, but right now spotify keeps notifying me about payment. But my money already were deducted. And I can't find my premium plan here. All information is gone. I can't even get there from the app.
Thanks for reaching out. Make sure to check your receipts on your account page to see if the payment went through. Take a look at the expiration date of your subscription too. If all of those seem in order, then the payment should have gone through correctly.
