I paid for student premium but still it hasn't upgraded to the premium version, I went to see the receipts and the payment is showing pending but I have paid the money through Paytm and the money had deducted my from bank account. It is also visible in my Paytm history. I am attaching that as a proof below. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

If you have paid for Premium but aren’t getting Premium features, you may have signed up to Premium with a different account.

 

To view your login details, log in to your account page and click Edit profile under Account. Try logging in with different details. If the payment is pending, it might not have gone through successfully.

 

Also, I suggest that you check your payment status in your account page under Manage your plan.

I only use one account and I am damn sure that I paid for it only. And I checked "Order history" under Payment section of Spotify account overview, and it is showing "Awaiting payment" but I paid the money and my payment app clearly shows it too (Screenshot of the same is already attached above). So the money is transferred by the payment app and it was also deducted from my bank account, then why it is showing awaiting payment. Please solve this issue and let me experience my premium.

In this case, I suggest you to wait a couple of days to see if the payment shows up or if it gets refunded.
