Plan randomly switched from student discounted premium to full-priced premimum

Hello,

I have been paying from Spotify on the student rate since March 2016, but for March 2017 and May 2018 I was charged £9.99 and on further investigation it appears I had been switched back over to regular premium. I changed myself back to the student deal but believe i have been wrongly charged that extra £5 for both months and would like this investigated further.

It looks like your discounted expired, which is why you were charged at the standard rate. If you successfully renewed the discount, you'll continue paying at the discounted rate on your next renewal date.
