Premim is only for USA student?

i was putting in my address and it only comes up with state in the US and got me wondering is it only for USA student ( I am from Australia)

You can still get the discount even if you study abroad (or are back in your home country).

Just make sure your account’s country or region matches where you’re studying and that you use a payment method issued there.
