Premium student free trial does not allow payment

My Question or Issue

It's been 2 days since I tired to get Spotify student but the payment never goes through, first it said ilthe country did not match my card, then I changed country, and now the price went up by 2$/month (THANK YOU SPOTIFY!)

Yet, payment still doesn't work, this time it says I already used the free 1.month trial which I am pretty sure I never had cause I was on a family subscription till 2 days ago! Best part, there is no way to then just start paying either, even if I start the whole process new.. (tried 5x, now I'm **bleep** off!) 

Can someone please fix this, I want my premium Playlists back! And someone pls show me where on earth I had used the free trial month!

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out. Sorry for the delayed reply here.

You mention that you’ve had Premium in the past. Right now, the trial offer’s only for those who have never subscribed before.

You can give this link a try if you'd like to subscribe to our student plan without the trial. You can also take a look at this page to see if your cards meet all of our requirements.

It's also worth giving it a shot in an incognito window to avoid the possible issues that the data stored in your browser may cause.
