My Question or Issue

 

Hello,

I'm having trouble claiming my free month of Student Premium. I helped my sibling set up her own Spotify account and used my payment card so she could get two free months of Premium. I ended up paying for one of those months, but I cancelled her Individual Premium subscription today.

 

Now I want to use the free Student Premium month that Spotify is offering me. My student status is verified until 2026, but whenever I try to claim it, I get a message saying I’ve already received two months of Individual Premium — likely from helping my sibling.

 

The problem is, I can’t even use those benefits myself because they were tied to her account and my card. I’d really like to use the Student Premium free trial. What should I do?

In this case, I recommend using a different payment method, that should resolve it 🙂
