Premium to Student discount

I've had the premium for a year, but want to switch over to the student discount, but it says they cannot confirm I am a student at the school I attend, which I am. How do I get the student discount if I am not able to confirm that I actually am a student?

If you’re studying in the U.K. and have a UNiDAYS account, you can apply for the student discount today.

Or if not, we use the good folks at SheerID to verify your student credentials. If you’re having trouble signing up, you can submit for manual verification 

As a heads up, after completing your enrollment as a student, it can take up to 28 days for your student credentials to be listed with the verification service.
