Quiero renovar mi plan estudiantil, ya me cobraron pero no se renueva

He tenido el plan estudiantil anteriormente per debía renovarlo. Ya hice el proceso de renovación, coloqué mi tarjeta y me hicieron un cobro de 5 soles pero no la suscripción no se renovó y quiero saber que procede en este caso.

Are you seeing the payment on the account page in the Receipts section in a browser? If not, the payment may be for a different subscription. Here is how to check that.
