Reapplying student discount failure

Reapplying student discount failure

Hi,

 

When I try to reapply student discount with my new NUS number the box I'm supposed to type the NUS number into will not allow me to put anything in it. Can anyone suggest a solution, I've come out of it twice and tried again and now cancelled my premium subscrition to free and tried again and it will won't let me. Its not the card as it just simply wont let me type anything.

Hola! Tengo un problema acá en Colombia salio hace poco el descuento de Spotify premium para estudiantes me inscribí di mi tarjeta de crédito y todo Pero no me han confirmado nada me preocupa un poco por que di todos mis datos y también fotos de mi carnet de la universidad.. espero una pronta respuesta gracias
