Resub with a student discount

I got an email asking me to resubscribe to the student discount by updating my info by sending a document proving I’m still a student and I did but I didnt get a reply and my subscription is still the regular premium

Are you still having trouble seeing your Premium subscription? You should have received word about the status of your verification through email up to 72 hours after signing up.

If you still don't have the discount, try resubscribing here using an incognito window.
