My Question or Issue

My school (Affärshögskolan in Malmö, Sweden) is not listed, and for some reason it says it's not entitled when filling out the form at https://support.sheerid.com/en-US/63fd266996552d469aea40e1/asr

Please advise.

If your institution is not listed in the SheerID verification form, you’re, unfortunately, not eligible for the discount at this time.

That's funny, because the company that owns this school has the same type of education in other cities which schools are eligible for Spotify premium student. Is there a link or a form I can send to the school board to make it eligible?

If you’re in higher education but your college/university isn’t on the list, you can request for it to be added here.

Spotify's verification partner SheerID will email you if it's accepted. This can take a minimum of 30 days and it cannot be guaranteed that it'll be accepted.

Thanks, but when I do that it says:

"This offer is unavailable

The academic institution you have selected is not eligible for this offer."

Which is strange, because if I select a different city it seems to work. How can I get the school in my city approved?

I want to pay for a Student Premium account but SheerID doesn't even recognized my (quite well-known) university. I suggested the university be included and I received a standard message saying that my university would not be included in the database. Why is that? Why is my university randomly not included as an eligible university?
