Signed up Student Discount for wrong account


I originally shared my roommate's regular account and therefore was logged in to his profile on my laptop. My roommate recently moved out and I decided to create my own account and utilize the student discount. I completed the registration process, but later realized that I forgot to log out of my roommate's old account and sign in with my Facebook first. I am now unable to enter my student credentials for my correct account because they are already associated with my roommates account, which I have no way of accessing anymore. I contacted him a few days ago but have yet to receive a response, so I was wondering if there is any way to transfer my student plan and payment from his account to mine without having to call my bank or redo the registration process.

You, unfortunately, won’t be able to apply it to your new/correct account until 12 months have elapsed since you signed up for it on the other account.
