Spotify Charged Me Twice but No Premium Account

Could someone please help me I was trying to register my spotify account for the Student Discount. It didnt go through and I did not receive any verification. But when I checked my bank details I saw that I was charged twice. I called my bank they said they authorized spotify to get the amount from me. I told them it did not even work on my end because it didnt verify my school and they said I have to contact Spotify first and confirm. Im confused and dont know what to do. I dont want to get the premium account anymore and I just want my money back and Im also worried I might be charged monthly because that happened to my friend and she did not even get the Premium account.
