My Question or Issue

Why does it say that my next billing date is June 4, 2024, but the plan says ₱75 for 3 months? This is my second time availing of the premium plan; the first was premium for a day, and it's already been 2 years.

It's like this:

 

Premium Student

Total                               ₱75. 00/month

Next Billing Date          4 Jun 2024

°You will next be billed on 4 Jun 2024.

Just to confirm, have you received this offer via email? If so, we'd suggest making sure that the email address in which you received the offer is the same one registered in the account in which you're trying to subscribe. 

 

If you're not getting the 3 months, there's a chance you might've subscribed using a different account that's not eligible for this offer. Check out this article to find if you have more than one Spotify account.
