Spotify Premium (w/student discount) not working?

Last month, I went on the 30-day free trial of Spotify premium and loved it so I decided to keep it past the 30-days. I got charged for the full $10.99 a couple days ago. I just found out about the student discount so yesterday I signed up for it and I got verified as a student and everything seemed fine (I'll see if they charge me $4.99 next month). But when I use Spotify on my iPhone app, it still tells me "This feature is for Premium users only!". I can choose songs on-demand and I get no ads, but I can't queue songs or rewind or replay songs or shuffle them without choosing shuffle play, and I thought all these features came with Spotify Premium? I checked my Account type, it says I'm Premium. The payment also went through completely. I even got the Hulu subscription package as well, which is working fine and dandy. Is there another level of Premium that I'm unaware of? I googled my problems on the Support page on Spotify and the site told me that Spotify Student Premium discount isn't available where I live, but I live in Seattle, WA, USA? I'm not sure what's going on?

If youre not seeing premium it could be a number of reasons, but check the sub page first and make sure youre using the correct account
