Student Discount for Premium

Hello!
I'm having trouble with my student discount. I applied for the student discount and spotify said that I am valid for it. My profile page already says that my student discount is available. However when I "get premium", my payment voucher still says Php149.00. How do I claim my student discount?

It's likely that you have another account which is on Premium. 

We recommend that you head on over here and contact one of our support teams. They will be able to take a look backstage and tell you what's happening with your account exactly 🙂
