Student Hulu and Spotify not linking

Hi! I used to have a Hulu account and cancelled the subscription a few years ago. Spotify says that it has linked the two accounts, but Hulu is still asking me if I'd like to pay the $7.99 or $11.99/month so I'm just wondering why the prices aren't linking up as well. Is there a 24 hour wait time? Or how do I relink the two?

Hey @alexschofield, welcome to the community!

Once you link the two accounts, the Hulu subscription should start automatically.

In this case, make sure you've linked the correct Hulu account to Spotify, you could've used a different Hulu account if you have multiple of them.

You can also try logging out of Hulu and back in to see if it helps.
