Good morning.


I ask to upgrade my plan for a Student one. Since it, the Spotify charged 10 (reais) twice and still charged me my actual plan (16,90). Please, I ask to resolve it ASAP! It's no right.. I want to change my plan and you can't charge three times for it.

If you haven't received a receipt from Spotify to your account's email address, it's very likely that those are just pending charges. There's more info about this here.


Keep in mind that the good folks over at SheerID are the ones that verify your student credentials. If you were not verified, we suggest you contact them for more info. You can find them here.
