My Question or Issue

I am a student but my plan is set to normal premium at the moment and when I try to change to the student account, after filling out the correct information, it says "You have already redeemed this offer" yet I am not able to switch to the student plan; every time I choose "change plan" and select the student plan it just tells me it's already redeemed but my account is still set to the regular premium and I am unable to change it.

This usually means that the success link that the you got from Sheer-ID has expired or that you has a pending outcome/status - meaning you isn’t fully verified. We suggest that you reach out to Sheer-ID regarding this.

 

However, we also recommend that you have a look at this article to make sure you don't have multiple accounts.
