Student Premium automatically switched to Family Premium

My Question or Issue

For some strange reason my plan got switched automatically from Student Premium to Family Premium.

My Sheer ID verification was valid until 23/11/2023 and I already paid the plan on 30/04/2023 for €4,99.

Now it says that it is going to renew on the 22/05/2023.

Why? How did it get switched automatically and why do I have less days for the full month I already paid for???
